About this vintage design furniture
Fabric chair, published by Steiner in the 50s, design Wilhelm Von Bode. The frame is made in one piece from bent solid ash wood. The seat is covered with green fabric. A brass ring, single point of attachment, assembles the base and backrest, ensuring flexibility and great seating comfort. The wooden frame, as well as the seat horsehair and springs are in good condition. Only the fabric has to be changed, which minimizes the cost of refurbishment. I prefer to give the buyer the freedom to cover them with a new material of his choice. The piece is originally signed. Seat height 46 cm. A pair of chairs and an armchair of the same origin are for sale on the site.
