A large backlit mirror, held in place by brass brackets. Light is reflected from a curved perforated plate, and shines through the points of the mirror. Designed in the 1950s by Ernest Igl and manufactured by Hillebrand Leuchten in Germany. The mirror contains 6 E27 sockets and is rewired.

About the designer
Ernst IGL
Ernst Igl (1904-1997) was a German industrial designer known for his contributions to car and motorcycle design. He began his career as an apprentice in his father's machine-building workshop, before going on to study industrial design at the Munich School of Arts and Crafts.
