About this vintage design furniture
A beautiful match, this stern but elegant metal floor base and this brown glass globe lamp. The glass is made by Peil and Putzler (Germany). The lamp is designed by Frank Ligtelijn for Raak Amsterdam (the Netherlands). You can adjust the height of the lamp (123cm - 170 cm) and the direction af the light differs the way you put the globe in the round metal frame.

About the designer
Frank LIGTELIJN
Frank Ligtelijn (1943-2017) was a Dutch industrial designer known for his work in office equipment and consumer electronics. He studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in The Hague before working for Philips Design from 1967.
