About this vintage design furniture
Fantastic freestanding sunburst teak desk designed and made by Valdemar Mortensen in the 1960s. It is a mid sized stylish midcentury desk in teak. Eclectic freestanding design with a semi floating top that is one with the drawer blocks through the sides. The two drawer blocks each comprise three drawers of which the top ones can be locked. The back of the desk has space to store books and comes with an additional pull down cabinet for out of sight storage that can be locked. Vintage tanker desk The organically tapered legs visualize well with the curved side of the desk top. Overall this desk is still in very good condition with minimal signs of age and use.
