About this vintage design furniture

An icon of French industrial design in the 1950s, the JIELDE brand was founded by Jean-Louis DOMECQ from the initials of his name: JLD. This brilliant inventor developed the wire-free joint system. The contacts are provided by onduflex washers, which allows an infinite number of positions of the assembly. This lamp is an assembly of an original workshop lamp and a solid oak base: -Tubes of the arms and globe in steel, original green paint. -Aluminium spherical plain bearings -Brass drip switch -Base in solid turned oak, waxed, unstained
