A lovely teak and black leather taburette Sudan by Gillis Lundgren for Ikea Möbler in the 1960s Sweden. Practical in every occasion both as an extra chair or a foot stool for your legs. Rounded and decorated teak knobs on the sides. Rope attachment underneath. Measures: 56,5 cmL x 40cmD x 46cmH. Seat height ca: 37,5 cm.

Gillis Lundgren was a Swedish industrial designer born on May 9, 1929 in Helsingborg and died on February 25, 2016 in Ängelholm. He is best known for being one of the first employees of IKEA, a Swedish company specializing in the sale of kit furniture.
