Vintage Temde Leuchten floor lamp by E.R Nele 1960
About this vintage design furniture
Superb TEMDE LEUCHTEN floor lamp from the 60s. Often attributed to Max Bill, it is in fact E.R Nele who is at the origin of this design classic. Once night falls and he lights up, the spell works even more. At the top of the white lacquered tulip foot, the opalines are screwed on the branches that come out of it. Labelled with the Swiss brand Temde Leuchten. Quite rare piece in this condition, it is perfectly functional. This article from the 1960s shows some traces of the time. Note some marks on the foot.
