About this vintage design furniture
Fascinating teak wood sideboard, designed in the 1960s by Gunni Omann for the Danish label Omann Jun Møbelfabrik A S. Before her eyes, a piece designed in her day for clients eager for formal simplicity, visual harmony and functionality; qualities all of them that are still valid in this work of noble cabinetmaking and an attractive minimalist finish. The front consists of a set of four sliding doors that reveal in the central part a trio of drawers (with open structure and all of them with tapestry covering the base) flanked by two modules with adjustable shelf in nine heights (the one located at the right). All this in a structure on which the wood draws its beautiful veins, which stands on four stylized conical legs and where the finely turned sculpted handles stand out.
