About this vintage design furniture
The chest of drawers was made in the 1970s. It was designed by a well-known Danish designer Kai Winding. The structure is covered with rosewood veneer. The legs are made of solid wood, stained black. Surface refreshed. Inside the space has been filled with practical drawers. The furniture will perfectly fulfil its role as a filing cabinet or toy cupboard in a child’s room or as a wardrobe in a bedroom. The locks work well, the key included. Condition: The surface of the chest of drawers has been refreshed. Minor scratches and marks are visible. Larger signs of use are always shown in the photos. The product is ready to use. For safety reasons, the furniture for transport may have unscrewed doors and legs. Assembly should not be a problem. However, if in doubt please contact us, we will send you an instructional video. About the designer
Kaj WINDING
Kaj Winding was a Danish designer who was born in 1926 and died in 1965 at the age of 39. He began his industrial design career working for Danish companies Verner Panton and Arne Jacobsen. In 1958, he co-founded Design-Craftsmen, which produced modern furniture for Danish and Scandinavian interiors.
