About this vintage design furniture
This beautiful and rare sideboard bar was designed and made in Italy by Umberto Mascagni, in the 1950s. It features three glass doors, with two drawers and three shelves behind. It is covered in vinyl with black tapered legs on brass feet. It has a mirror on top that can be removed. In 1952, Mascagni created a new line of furniture that was sold by Harrods and imported by Barget, London. Very good vintage condition.

About the designer
Umberto MASCAGNI
Umberto Mascagni is an Italian designer born in 1948 in Viareggio, Tuscany. He graduated from the Florence Academy of Fine Arts in 1972, where he studied sculpture and painting. After graduating, he worked as an industrial designer for several Italian companies.
