About this vintage design furniture
Rocking chair model 7912 of the English firm Ercol. The piece is constructed with a high backrest with a double arch, a central piece in beech and eight turned bars. The armrests extend from the central arch, resting on another three turned bars. The seat in solid elm wood contrasts with the lighter grain of the beech present in the rest of the structure. The set is completed with a comfortable original cushion of the firm with rear clasps for a good hold on the seat. The upholstery is made from off-white organic cotton canvas with a zip for easy removal of the covers. It is in an unbeatable condition, as it has been completely restored and finished with matt colourless beeswax to respect the natural tone of the wood.
