Vintage side table with slats, Scandinavian 1960

Mid-century Scandinavian style side table-small bench circa 60's. The piece is made of wood with five pieces of blond slatted wood and two round brass colored tubes on top. The legs have that beautiful Scandinavian design and are also made of wood, with a rich darker brown color. The slats are inserted into the top frame of the legs, creating a beautiful pattern and contrast between the two colors. The piece is overall, in very good, original, vintage condition with some light marks and signs of previous use commensurate with time, as well as a patina of age on the slats, legs, brass tubes and under the slats (see photos.) The piece is solid and stable. Can be used as a side table, sofa end or bed end for pillows or cushions, in a hallway or even as a magazine rack or luggage rack.
