About this vintage design furniture
This stunning big Murano glass table lamp comes from Italy from the 1970s. Big Murano glass globe with green impressionist pattern decorated with glitter rests on the chrome-plated base. The lamp is a decor in itself, whether, is switched on or of, but the illumination of light through the green color Murano glass gives a remarkable effect and creates an unusual atmosphere. The pattern reminds me a little bit of Luciano Vistosi’s style. The lamp is in excellent vintage condition with original wiring with a cord 175cm long. It requires an E27 bulb.

About the designer
Gino VISTOSI
Gino Vistosi was an Italian designer who was born in 1931 and died in 2016. He was best known for his work in glassmaking and glassblowing, an artisan skill typical of Italy's Venice region. He began his career in the 1950s, working in the family glassmaking business, Vistosi, founded by his grandfather in 1921.
