Cylinder vinatge secretary by Egon Ostengaard for Svensk Mobelindustri, Sweden 1960

This unique piece can be used as a secretary or desk. It was designed by Egon Ostengaard for Svensk Mobelindustri in Sweden around 1960.The piece is made of high quality wood in a beautiful warm brown color that adds much to its luxurious and modern style. It has three drawers with beautifully finished handles and a "roll top" that opens smoothly to reveal smaller storage units as well as a pull-out desk platform. This makes this piece versatile for different decors, situations and uses. It is in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, and retains a nice patina.
