About this vintage design furniture
Mid-century, vintage, round, bamboo and rattan pendant lamp from the 60’s. Piece has an interior shade with a type of linen-textured parchment paper, and is surrounded by a separate, round, rattan encasement. The chain and ceiling canopy are made of bamboo. Inside the ceiling mount, there is an eye-hook, to affix it to a ceiling. When lit, the parchment paper diffuses a warm and cozy light, showcasing its cool design. It was photographed with a 40 watt lightbulb (see photos.) The pendant light is in overall very good, original and vintage condition. Slight signs of age and previous use commensurate with time on the overall structure and parchment paper (see photos), with a nice, original patina of time. The structure has only been gently dusted and polished, to preserve the original condition, rich color and original, superb patina of time. - This piece has its original wiring. It has been tested and is fully functional (see photos.) - Lamp will work with a standard, bayonet B22 type light bulb (not included.) DIMENSIONS: - Full height with chain and ceiling mount: 48 cm - Height of shade: 17 cm - Diameter of shade: 27 cm
