About this vintage design furniture
The lamp was made in the 1970s, designed by the leading Danish designer Andreas Hansen. Produced by the Danish Louis Poulsen manufactory. The model Mandalay. Made of metal in white and silver. The disc-shaped construction is not just a design element, its main purpose is to diffuse light in order to create a pleasant interior atmosphere. Condition: The lamp is in original condition with normal signs of use (minor scratches). Original cable, E27 bulb. Maximum bulb wattage 100W. All lamps are checked by us for electrical efficiency. The lamp does not have a canopy. Dimensions: height of lampshade:26 cm diameter:45 cm cable length:43 cm

About the designer
Andreas HANSEN
Andreas Hansen was a Danish industrial designer who was born in 1946 and died in 2018. He studied at the Royal Danish School of Fine Arts and began his career working for design and production companies such as Fritz Hansen and J.L. Møllers Møbelfabrik.
