Vintage orange armchair by Pierre Paulin for Artifort, 1960

A design classic. Originally designed in 1960 this beautiful chair adds a sense of fun and cheer to any room it is situated in. Contructed to a very high standard, the chair stands on chromed legs with very soft tactile wool upholstery. It is a very comfortable everyday chair ideal for reading and lounging. This chair was offered in two heights, this is the lower version. Artifort makers badge to the underside. We are not sure how old this example is but we would estimate anywhere from the 80’s to early 2000’s. Offered in excellent condition with only mild wear.
