About this vintage design furniture

Danish modern Børge Mogensen teak and beech drop-leaf desk, 1950s A rare and stunning vintage extending drop-leaf oval writing desk. Freestanding with scissor legs in bent solid beech wood. Top in veneered teak and two drawers with teak veneer and original key. This table is attributed to Børge Mogensen for Søborg Møbelfabrik in his early years. Light, elegant and organic early Danish Mid-Century Modern design. Measures: Table length: 142 cm. When extended: 215 cm. Clearance under table: 61 cm. It is in very good condition with only minor scratches and small repairs on drawer fronts.
