About this vintage design furniture
Magazine rack "onda" jorge zalszupin for Atelier Moveis S.A. 1960. Metal base consisting of 4 t-shaped legs supporting a free-form seat. The bench is in rosewood veneer with a leather magazine rack at the end. In very good condition with some wear. The workshop label is on the bottom of the bench.

About the designer
Jorge Zalszupin
Jorge Zalszupin was a Brazilian designer of Polish origin, born in Warsaw in 1922 and died in São Paulo in 2020. After fleeing Poland with his family during the Second World War, he lived in Romania, France and Argentina before settling permanently in Brazil in 1949.
