Vintage iron and rattan magazine rack, 1950-1960s
About this vintage design furniture
A splendid magazine rack datable between the 50s and 60s, purchased in the Nomentano district of Rome. The style remembers the European North for Design and Materials. Two parallel triangles in iron rod, delimit and support a basket composed of curved lines in the same material. The rattan wrapped on the end of the trash and triangles to compose a handle; has a purely aesthetic function, which remembers almost the genuineness of primitive artifacts. The magazine rack is in good condition. It has slight signs of use and the rattan is darkened by time
