About this vintage design furniture
Antique Shirvan Kuba carpet. Northeast Caucasus, circa 1885 Dimensions: 139 x 95 cm. Beautiful wool velvet. Each pattern is different. A beautiful antique Kuba rug from the Northeast Caucasus with an intricate lattice pattern of red leaves surrounding what appear to be abstract navy blue and yellow flowers. The teal blue Kufic border is a wonderful feature of this rug. Good condition, missing head on one side.
