Vintage brass and leather table lamp, France 1960s

A nice table lamp in Adnet style, manufactured in France around 1960. This appealing lamp has a tubular brass arm with elegant vertical relief, adding nicely to it’s luxurious style The square foot and round shade are upholstered in black leather with a very nice stitched finish. It’s this that makes the style of this piece similar to those of famous designer Jacques Adnet, but with a very own unique touch of elegance It emits a bright, upwards and downwards light. This makes the piece a suitable desk lamp or highly decorative table lamp that will add a nice atmosphere to the decor The lamp remains in good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
