About this vintage design furniture
The bookcase was made in the 1960s. Manufactured by the well-known Danish manufactory Hundevad to a design by Danish designer Carlo Jensen.
The structure is covered with rosewood veneer. The legs are made of solid wood stained black. Surface after refreshing. Inside, the space has been filled with six practical height-adjustable shelves. The bookcase is the ideal solution for a large collection of books to fit into a small living space. In addition, it works well as a bookcase for collectables.
Condition: The surface of the furniture has been refreshed. Minor scratches and dings are visible. Larger signs of use are visible in the photos. The product is ready to use.
*For safety reasons, the furniture may have its legs unscrewed and shelves removed for transportation. Assembly should not be a problem. However, if in doubt, please contact us and we will send you an instructional video.

About the designer
Carlo JENSEN
1912 - 1989Carlo Jensen was a Danish industrial designer who was born in 1913 and died in 2001. He studied at the Copenhagen School of Architecture and began his career as a furniture designer. He worked for companies such as Fritz Hansen and designed iconic chairs and tables.
