Pair of vintage palm wood and brass side tables by Romeo Paris, 1970

Very nice pair of side tables or sofa ends in palm wood and brass edited by Romeo Paris in the 70s. The lines are superb, and typical of French neoclassical chic, recalling the Art Deco designs of Jacques Adnet and Jacques Lenoble. The tables are made of oak wood veneered with dark varnished palm wood, with a brass fillet running along the bottom and the legs. They have been cleaned, varnished, and are in superb condition. Very nice quality of manufacture and finishing, very heavy. Reference : 242496
