About this vintage design furniture
Pendant lamp designed by Carl Fagerlund for swedish glass company Orrefors during the 1960′s. Flattened sphere shape in yellow tinted glass with a cylinder internal diffuser in clear pressed glass. Brass fixture. Braided black textile cable. Excellent condition.

About the designer
Carl FAGERLUND
Carl Fagerlund (1915-2011) was a Swedish designer who worked mainly for the famous lighting design and manufacturing company, Orrefors Glassworks, in Sweden. He is best known for his glass lamp designs, which were very popular in the 1950s and 1960s.
