About this vintage design furniture
Armchair / chaise lounge produced in the 1980s by Cassina based on a design by Toshiyuki Kita.
Structure in tubular steel, padded and lined.
Adjustable backrest thanks to the side knobs.
Possibility of overturning the support base and transforming it into a chaise lounge.
Good general condition, some halos on the fabric.

About the designer
Toshiyuki KITA
Toshiyuki Kita is a Japanese designer born in 1942 in Osaka, Japan. He studied architecture at Kyoto University before joining the Italian furniture manufacturer Cassina in Milan, where he worked on industrial design projects for companies such as Sharp and Hitachi.
