About this vintage design furniture
Rare Space Age table or floor lamp (model 879) designed by Erik van Buijtenen for NEBU, Holland, 1970s. On top of the lamp is a perspex plate which provides beautiful direct and indirect light. NEBU Holland was founded by Erik van Buijtenen and only existed for 5 years (1968 to 1973). NEBU made special objects that were very modern for that time; they made plastic furniture and lamps mainly in the colors white, orange, yellow and green (the space-age era). The condition of this floor or table lamp is still very good and original. The wiring has been checked by an electrician. Dimensions: h x d = 55 x 20 cm. Material: PVC. Colour White. Marked: Nebu, Holland.
