Vintage "Lotus" lounge chair and ottoman by Rob Parry for Gelderland, 1950s

Lotus is one of Rob Parry's most popular chairs. It combines the reliable and functional solution and a modern combination of materials – metal, quality wood and good quality homogeneous upholstery materials. At the end of the 1950s, this chair was new and revolutionary. The separation of the frame and the material made this chair more elegant and lighter.
