About this vintage design furniture
This beautiful brass and thick Murano glass vanity mirror was designed by Gio Ponti and published by Fontana Arte in Italy in the 1950s. It features a brass frame, with an adjustable brass mirror frame, attached to a thick Murano glass base. An ideal mirror for a bedroom, dressing room or bathroom, turning a table into a dressing table. It is really heavy, and of superb craftsmanship. The brass has been completely cleaned, the mirror replaced and the whole set is in a superb vintage condition. A very nice Italian Mid-Century piece, with a rare decorative presence.
