About this vintage design furniture
A very rare beech and lacquered wooden dining table with six legs. Fully labelled with its manufacturer's paper label, this table can be fully dismantled. It can easily seat up to six people.
Some superficial signs of age and use as would be expected.

About the designer
Richard NISSEN
Richard Nissen was an American industrial designer and professor born in 1929 in New York and died in 2014 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. After graduating in Industrial Design from the University of Illinois in 1951, Nissen worked for several companies, including IBM and Herman Miller, before becoming Professor of Industrial Design at the University of Michigan in 1962.
