Vintage rosewood sewing table by Severin Hansen for Haslev Furniture Carpentry, 1950s

A charming sewing/side table by Severin Hansen Jr. for Haslev Møbelfabrik. It has a large basket underneath that slides out for wool or yarn storage. They also features a drawer that slides out of the front of the piece for needle, thread or accessory storage. Can easily be used as a side table or a night stand. The rosewood on the table are really beautiful and has a stunning and interesting grain pattern. The table has his signature triangular tapered solid legs which meets the top of the table. This piece would be a unique addition to any modern environment. The table has been inspected and completely restored by our well educated Danish carpenter, so it is in excellent condition.
