Vintage oakwood eight drawers chest of drawers

A stunning piece of vintage and mid century furniture in a eight drawer oak chest. The cabinet consists of eight hand crafted drawers with each drawer having superb dove tail jointing and offering excellent storage, on each drawer front their are two original white glass pull handles with white finals. The cabinet is a one off piece of furniture and has been hand crafted by a carpenter who wanted to create a large chest of drawer for his family so he lovingly created this cabinet, he dove tailed the top and the plinth at the base and used oak to create the sides and the drawer fronts, the tallboy has lovely quirky details with the base of the drawers coming from tea crates that still display the original advertising of Brooke Bond Tea and other various companies with some of them dated as 1957 the guy really put his heart and soul into the chest and is a cabinet that you wont see again. The chest is a superb piece of vintage furniture with a wonderful look and design and a lovely light oak colour and is a one off piece of furniture with great proportion's that would suit any home or environment.
