About this vintage design furniture

The Optima lamp was designed in 1972 by Hans Due and produced by Danish Fog og Morup. The Optima series is characterized by soft lines, clearly inspired by space-age styles. The lamps in this series have an internal reflective screen with a stylish red inner line that provides even, non-glare lighting in both high and low suspension conditions. Dimensions: diameter 60cm height 25cm The lamp is in very good condition. The lamp has been thoroughly cleaned, the cable has been replaced with a new braided one. The lamp comes with a new metal canopy. Lamps are shipped from Denmark. Delivery time is approx. 5 working days. Reference : 272961

About the designer

Hans DUE

Hans Due was a Danish designer who was born in 1945 and died in 2011. He studied at the Copenhagen School of Arts and Crafts before working for several Danish design companies, including Bo Bedre, Rosendahl and Hübsch.
