Scandinavian vintage desk by Kai Kristiansen for Feldballes Møbelfabrik, 1950

This stunning vintage desk is a fantastic example of Kai Kristiansen style, one of the most-appreciated Danish designers of 20th Century. Pure in form yet very effective. Produced by Feldballes Møbelfabrik with highest care to every detail. The desk features two spacious dual-sided storage sections. On one side you will find 6 drawers, with beautifully designed recessed drawers handles. On the other side there are three open storage sections. The desk is set on very original floating sled legs. The wood is well conditioned and presents gorgeous wood patterns. There is plenty of desktop space for paperwork allowing also for good organization and nice arrangements. The desk was refreshed and is in overall very good condition.
