Vintage wooden side table with drawer, Spain

This extraordinary 18th century table used to be a counter table in a Spanish store or market stall. You can still see the notch in the table top where the money fell in. The table has a beautiful patina on the wood, which is a testament to the time and use this table has endured. The table also has a large drawer where you can store items. The drawer has beautiful hardware and a keyhole, but unfortunately the key is lost. This Spanish side table is not only a practical and versatile piece of furniture, but also a piece of cultural heritage that will enrich your home. Has traces of old woodworm but is no longer active.
