About this vintage design furniture
Designed by Czech architect Antonín Šuman for Tatra company, Czechoslovakia 1960s. Iconic design from beyond the iron curtain. In very good original condition with new seat cushions in a fabric matching the original. Made of beech wood and oak veneered plywood. Wooden parts expertly polished, structurally sound.

Antonin SUMAN
Antonín Šuman is a contemporary Czech designer, born in Prague in 1984. He studied at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague, where he graduated in Product Design in 2009.
