Vintage teak bookcase with secretary, Denmark 1960

This interesting Danish bookcase designed in the style of Johannes Sorth from the 1960s is a great example of high-quality Danish mid-century carpentry. This is combines elegance and functionalism. The bookcase consists of one adjustable shelf, a cabinet with sliding doors, and also a secretaire with a pull-out desk, two small drawers, and a little compartment under the glass door cabinet. It can be used as a minimal home office space big just enough to store documents and work a few hours on your laptop. The glass door cabinet can also become a bar cabinet and a pull out tray can be used for mixing your favourite drink. The unit stands on solid teak legs. The structure is veneered in teak with solid teak accents.
