Vintage tripod side table in wood and glass by César Lacca, Italy 1950

A Cesare Lacca tripod side table, originating from the late 1950s and a stunning example of Italian mid-century design. Three wooden ball end feet join on to a bigger centre ball, from which protrudes a central supporting rod. This then separates, and houses the round glass top. A further ball-end finishes the piece at the tip. This side table has been refinished, and is in very good condition.
