Vintage fountain pump in cast iron and bronze

Very beautiful and rare city pump in cast iron with beautiful coat of arms. With its original bronze spout and scallop shell decorated drip tray. The internal pumping system is missing. Very handsome decorative object or one to be fitted out with its period patina, also very heavy because of its cast-iron construction.
