About this vintage design furniture
This chandelier in white opaline glass, brass and metal was designed by Angelo Lelii for Arredoluce in 1958. Featuring an abstract structure meticulously crafted from curved brass rods surrounding the opaline glass shade, this luminaire is a variation on Lelii's iconic Medusa chandelier. The matte finish of the opaline offers a warm, diffused light captured by the brass, elegantly setting off the ensemble. This piece has been restored and electrified, and is in superb condition.
Angelo Lelii (1911-1979) was an Italian designer renowned for his innovative work in lighting design. In 1947, Lelli founded Arredoluce and became a key player in promoting Italian design worldwide.
