About this vintage design furniture
Superb pair of bamboo-style brass sofa ends and raspberry-red lacquer trays by Maison Baguès dating from the 60s. Faux bamboo and lacquer, Asian-inspired, these attributes are typical of the French neoclassical style of the 50s and 60s, by Maison Jansen and Maison Baguès. The structure has been cleaned, the tops relacquered and the brass has a beautiful patina. They are very stable and very well made. Very chic, timeless and decorative pieces.
