About this vintage design furniture
"örenäs" armchair designed by ib kofod larsen for the Swedish manufacturing house ope, olof perssons fåtöljindustri in the 1960s. Structure in solid teak, seat and back in leather. Sold with the footrest. In good condition with minimal signs of wear. Note a notch in the leather on the side of the backrest. Conforms to vintage condition. Seat height. 42cm. 25267.

About the designer
Kofod LARSEN
Kofod Larsen was a Danish furniture designer born in 1921 and died in 1991. He began his career as an apprentice cabinetmaker and later studied at the Copenhagen School of Arts and Crafts. He worked for several renowned design companies in Europe before founding his own design firm in 1950.
