About this vintage design furniture

An extendable vintage medical floor lamp on castor wheels. It has a cone shaped shade which is adjustable up and down via a bakelite handle and there is another handle to extend it up and down. The base has some tarnish as you might expect for its age but it is clean and tidy. It appears to have been re wired at some stage. Dating from the 1930s ca.
