About this vintage design furniture
Brutalist dining table designed by Giovanni Offredi for Saporiti in the 1970s. The sculptural base of the table is made of cast aluminum, held together in the middle by a lacquered wooden beam. With some surface scratches and wear on the aluminum, glass and wooden parts.

Giovanni Offredi was an Italian designer born in Lucca, Tuscany, in 1929 and died in Milan in 1999. He is best known for his work as an industrial designer in the 1960s and 1970s.
