About this vintage design furniture
Set of two table lamps produced in Czechoslovakia in 1960s. The lamps have a wooden base in dark oak. The shield is on a wire construction and has a paper shield covered with fabric. The fabric is different on each lamp. The fabric is not original, but the lamp were reupholstered in 1980s. The paper shiel is original. The shield snaps on a bulb and holds the shield up on the lamp. This was a very typical and often used system to create a seamless lamp construction. The lamps are fully functional. Each works on one E27 bulb and they have European plugs. Excellent condition.
