Pair of blue armchairs produced by Cassina in the 1950s and designed by Gio Ponti. Solid wood structure. Seat and back, padded and lined with new fabric in velvet. Very good general conditions.

About the designer
Gio PONTI
1891 - 1979Gio Ponti (1891-1979) was an Italian designer, architect, writer and teacher, considered one of the most influential designers of 20th-century Italy. Born in Milan, he studied architecture at Milan Polytechnic University and began working as an architect in 1921.
