About this vintage design furniture
Small, light wood (rare) sideboard from 1960 by Uniflex International design by G. Hoffstead. Beech wood and teak. Ergonomic grips. Yellow-straw satin color. Original varnish exept the sanded tray. 2 minor chips on the belt. Opening system pull out doors. 3 central drawers of different depths, the 1st for the housewife. Beautiful neat interior.

About the designer
Gunther HOFFSTEAD
Gunter Hoffstead was a German furniture designer who worked for the British furniture company Uniflex in the 1950s and 1960s. Little information is available about his personal life, but he is known to have designed some of Uniflex's most iconic pieces of furniture.
