About this vintage design furniture
Jos de Mey designed this bed back in 1963 for Van den Berghe Pauvers. Can be used as a bed or doubledaybed. The bed has an oak frame that is connected with 4 heavy bolts. It has elegant lines and is highly decorative. its a perfect center piece for a bedroom. The metal bed bottom is included as well.

Jos DE MEY
Jos De Mey was a Belgian designer born in Ghent on January 29, 1928 and died in Bruges on January 2, 2007. He studied architecture and design at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Ghent, where he also taught for several years.
