A stunning easy chair by Augusto Bozzi, manufactured by Saporiti in Italy in 1954. This is a very rare and much sought after piece, the model is named "Kosmos". The chair has a high quality black lacquered metal base and a beautiful red fabric upholstery. It is labelled on the base, as shown in photos. Seat Height 35cm

Augusto Bozzi was an Italian industrial designer born in 1913 and died in 1988. He studied architecture at Milan Polytechnic and began his career as an architect and interior designer in the 1930s.
