Alberto ROSSELLI

Rosselli began his career as an architect, working on social housing projects in Milan in the 1950s. However, he soon turned to industrial design and became one of the leading Italian designers of the 1960s and 1970s.

He worked with many Italian companies, including Artemide, Cassina, Molteni and Knoll, and designed a wide variety of products, including furniture, lighting and domestic objects.

Rosselli's creations are characterized by their elegant simplicity and functionality. He was also known for his innovative use of materials, such as plastic and metal, in the design of his products.

Rosselli received numerous awards for his designs, including the Compasso d'Oro in 1955, 1957 and 1960. He also taught design at Milan Polytechnic.
